Bills To Pass If I Were Senator

If I worked in the Senate or as a Politician there are a number of bills and fundraisers I would propose to become acts of legislature. By the way I think these are for the most part legitimate, good ideas to begin with that President Trump could spend his time on rather than putting all of his energy into the Mexican-American border wall. One first idea would be Michelle Obama's most famous movement of ending Child Obesity. The goal would be to reduce child obesity from 20% to 5% by the year 2030.The plan makes 70 recommendations for early childhood, for parents and caregivers, for school meals and nutrition education, for access to healthy food, and for increasing physical activity.The funds would be raised to go to schools around the country to help supply and prepare from a choice of healthy produce, as well as snacks to full meals, and physical fitness, as well as a mandatory class to help educate children on the proper decisions to eat healthy and stay out of the obese category. Another bill I would try to get passed in Congress would be two-fold. One part of this bill would raise money for scientists to research a way to protect the much-damaged O-Zone layer and find solutions to keep people from inhaling toxic gas fumes; including finding ways of promoting solar energy, and the growth of electric automotive companies. The Second part of the bill would go into preserving endangered wildlife in America and protecting their natural habitats across the country. The goal is to raise awareness about the environment and to decrease the large amount of petroleum oil gases still lingering in our air everywhere from big cities, to busy highways, to inner-city neighborhoods. Yet another goal of mine is to pass a bill that would fight against growing poverty in this country and to raise a fiscal amount of X dollars to help the homeless people in our country get psychiatric treatment, food, and shelter. The goal for this bill would be to clean up the streets by 25% until 2030. Finally, two more bills that I would like to see pass in the house would include funding for outside school curriculum activities for high schools that cannot afford the equipment and staffing of sports events and the last one would spearhead a new project or act to make vision and dental insurance free for all Americans. The Goal for these last two bills are self-explanatory.
